"Everything
isn't always what it seems" - you could completely change the way a
canvas appears..
What I mean by this is; no one sees the
behind-the-scenes. You could literally have a shoot in your backyard
with a few plants, figs, some great lighting and make it seem like you've travelled across the border and stayed in your own private suite in Bora Bora. It's all about creating perspective.
Working with some talented colleagues call for playtime with technical cameras and big lens'.
I wanted to play with the boundaries... funnily enough - by actually having no boundaries.. making a picture more endless than it seemed. To display what is really behind the scenes. The monotony of the reality of the background. That what is displayed isn't always what seems. This is what we came up with..
